Our Solution
Our BIG idea? Show the process not just the outcome.
Design content isn’t just about showing the final product, audiences want to understand the thinking, the craft and the journey behind each transformation. That insight builds trust, authority and connection long before a client ever makes an enquiry.

We built a strategy centred around project storytelling: sharing results, before‑and‑after transformations and taking the audience behind the scenes of each design journey. To strengthen trust, we made on‑camera content a weekly non‑negotiable, encouraging the client to share expertise, tips and insights viewers could apply on a smaller scale. And when project volume was limited, we expanded the content plan to include third‑party carousel posts where they could share their professional opinion on other designers’ work while giving full credit. This unlocked endless content opportunities, opened doors for collaboration and significantly increased visibility all while positioning them as a confident, knowledgeable voice in their industry.

On social media, we saw an immediate lift in engagement, with audiences responding strongly to the new mix of project storytelling, behind‑the‑scenes content and on‑camera expertise. But the biggest shift came from the way people began interacting with the brand itself. Instead of passive scrolling, viewers were saving tips, sharing insights and actively engaging with the personality behind the designs a clear sign that the strategy was building trust exactly as intended.

What surprised us most was how quickly the audience embraced the new direction. We expected a gradual adjustment period as followers got used to more authentic, personality‑led content, but the response was instant. Engagement rose sharply, visibility increased and the brand began attracting more aligned enquiries from people who connected with their style and expertise.

The success of this approach has been so encouraging that Design Box London has continued to expand their strategy with us, building on the momentum and developing content that keeps their audience inspired, informed and consistently coming back for more.
